SHIPPING
Our shipping charge depends on the size of the order as well as your location.
We only ship nationally within South Africa. For shipping to neighbouring African countries or internationally, you will be required to arrange for your own courier service.
DAMAGES
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable.
All damage or shortage claims must be noted on the courier waybill on receiving the goods. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS MARKED ON THE WAYBILL.
We therefore urge you to check the goods on delivery.
RETURNS
We do not accept any returns unless for reason of goods damaged during shipping.
PRICE CHANGES
In the event of a price change, the price in effect at the time you place the order will prevail.
BILLING
All orders must be paid in advance on receipt of invoice. No goods will be shipped unless full payment has been received. We currently do not accept credit cards or cheques. Payments need to be made directly into the bank account as per the invoice.
VAT
We currently do not charge VAT on our products. The price you see on the invoice will be the final price.
